1. General Conditions
1.1. All refund and cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to info@theroiresort.com.
1.2. Refunds will be processed according to the rate and offer selected at the time of booking.
2. Cancellation Policy
2.1. Standard Rate Bookings:
- Cancellations made more than 14 days before the check-in date: Full refund.
- Cancellations made between 7 and 14 days before the check-in date: 50% refund.
- Cancellations made less than 7 days before the check-in date: No refund.
2.2. Non-Refundable Rate Bookings:
- These bookings are not eligible for refunds under any circumstances.
2.3. Special Offers and Packages:
- Cancellations for special offers and packages will be subject to the specific terms and conditions of the offer or package at the time of booking.
3. Early Departure
3.1. Guests who depart earlier than the scheduled check-out date will not be eligible for a refund for the unused portion of their stay.
4. No-Show Policy
4.1. If a guest does not arrive on the scheduled check-in date without prior notification, the booking will be considered a no-show, and no refund will be provided.
5. Force Majeure
5.1. In the event of force majeure (e.g., natural disasters, government actions, or other unforeseeable events beyond our control), Theroi Resort reserves the right to offer alternative dates for the booking or a full refund.
6. Processing Refunds
6.1. Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of receiving a valid refund request.
6.2. Refunds will be made to the original payment method used during booking. Depending on the payment method and financial institution, it may take additional time for the refund to be reflected in the account.
